What Vela is
Vela provides personalized digital self-discovery content. It reads your computed birth chart, your I Ching gates, and your numerology, and writes them back to you in plain language. It is intended for reflection and entertainment. It is not professional advice, it is not prediction, and it makes no guaranteed outcomes. Nothing Vela produces is medical, financial, or legal advice.
What you buy
The full blueprint is a one-time purchase of 20 EUR. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no account. The blueprint is a digital good, generated on demand and delivered instantly to you at the link we provide.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide birth details that are yours to share, and to use Vela for personal, non-commercial reflection. You will not resell, redistribute for profit, or misrepresent Vela's readings as professional advice or prediction.
Limitation of liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual duty (a duty essential to the purpose of the contract), and then limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Any further liability is excluded. Your statutory warranty rights for digital products (ยงยง 327 ff. BGB) remain unaffected. Vela is an entertainment and self-reflection product; you are responsible for your own decisions.
How the contract is formed
The contract is formed when you enter your birth details, tick the immediate-delivery checkbox, and complete payment with our payment processor. You can correct your entries in the form up until you submit payment. We do not store the contract text in a retrievable form beyond the confirmation email, so please keep that email. The contract languages are German and English.
Governing law
German law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
