Your statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. You can declare a withdrawal in any form, for example by email to hello@velacosmos.com.
Why it ends when delivery begins
Your reading is digital content, generated once from your own birth details and delivered immediately. Before payment you expressly request, via a checkbox, that we begin delivery before the withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once delivery has begun (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, § 356(6) BGB). We confirm that consent again in the delivery email. Without the checkbox there is no purchase; with it, there is no withdrawal once the reading has been delivered.
If something is genuinely wrong
Separate from withdrawal, statutory warranty rights for digital products still apply. If something is genuinely wrong, a technical failure, or a chart computed from the wrong details, email hello@velacosmos.com and we will make it right: a corrected reading, or a refund if we cannot fix it.

Statutory withdrawal instruction
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([Name — im Impressum eintragen], [Anschrift — im Impressum eintragen], hello@velacosmos.com) by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post, or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original purchase; you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For a contract to supply digital content not on a physical medium, your right of withdrawal expires early where we have begun performance after you expressly consented to us beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins. You give exactly this consent, before payment, via the checkbox.
